- 1 quart Strawberries
- Zest and juice of 3 limes
- 1/4 cup Olive Sprig Strawberry Balsamic
- 1/4 cup Olive Sprig Persian Lime Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1 quart Sparkling Water
- 2 cups Ice
In a blender, purée the strawberries with the lime juice and zest, Strawberry Balsamic, Persian Lime Olive Oil, and honey. In a pitcher with ice, combine the purée and sparkling water. Mix well and serve.
