Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Olive Sprig Blood Orange Olive Oil
- 1 TSP butter
- 1 TSP pure vanilla extract
- 12 oz or 4 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 6 cups crispy rice cereal
Directions:
Coat a 9x13 inch baking pan with Olive Sprig Blood Orange Olive Oil, using The Olive Sprig Norpro Stainless Steel Sprayer/Mister. In a large pot, heat Blood Orange Olive Oil on medium heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Remove from heat and add butter. Fold in cereal and stir to combine. Pour into prepared baking dish and press evenly throughout dish.
Note: You can use a smaller pan if you want thicker treats!
