We have added whole fruit tangerine essence to our 12 year aged dark balsamic to make this a favorite flavor.
This balsamic is progressively aged in wood barrels according to the Solera Method. It is PGI (Protected Geographic Indication) certified to come from Modena, Italy.
- Blood Orange Olive Oil
- Herbes de Provence Olive Oil
- Persian Lime Olive Oil
- Toasted Sesame Oil
- Combine with our Blood Orange Olive oil and use over fish like mahi mahi or salmon
- Mix with apricot jam and reduce to make a great pork glaze
- Makes a great salad dressing with either our Persian Lime Olive Oil or our Toasted Sesame Seed Oil
