The Gravenstein Apple is incredibly rare varietal due to its difficulty to grow and relatively short season. It is prized for its amazing ambrosia perfume and crisp, sweet-tart cream colored flesh. We have married the larger than life flavor of the Gravenstein with our well balanced 12 year A-Premium White Balsamic for a delectable culinary symphony.
This balsamic is progressively aged in wood barrels according to the Solera Method. It is PGI (Protected Geographic Indication) certified to come from Modena, Italy.
