The Blenheim Apricot variety is both sweet and tart with an intense aroma of honeysuckle and is picked with a faint green tinge. The result when married with our aged A-Premium White balsamic is intoxicatingly crisp and tart.
This balsamic is progressively aged in wood barrels according to the Solera Method. It is PGI (Protected Geographic Indication) certified to come from Modena, Italy.
