- 1/4 CUP Pineapple White Balsamic
- 1/4 CUP sugar
- 1/4 TSP ground black pepper
Combine balsamic vinegar, sugar, and pepper, stir to dissolve sugar.
- 4 CUP halved or quartered strawberries
- 3 CUP cubed pineapple
*Can substitute frozen fruit, be sure to thaw and drain well*
Combine strawberries and pineapple in large bowl. Stir in balsamic vinegar mixture or sprinkle over individual portions or fruits.
