Ingredients
- 1 block Cream Cheese, Goat Cheese or Brie
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 cup Cran-raisins
- ¾ oz. pkg. Basil
- ¼ cup toasted walnuts
- ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup minced Italian parsley
- ¼ cup Basil Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. capers (extra for garnish if desired)
- Lemon Olive Oil to finish
Directions
Pulse garlic in food processor until finely diced. Add Cran-raisins, basil, walnuts, red pepper flakes, and capers. Pulse until blended but chunky. Place in a bowl, stir in parmesan cheese, parsley, and basil olive oil. Blend well. Serve over block of cream cheese. Drizzle lemon olive oil over the top. Serve with crackers.
